Perfect for smaller weddings, elopements, and “let’s keep it simple” kind of days.
You've planned the day exactly how you want it. My role is to step in and make sure everything comes together seamlessly, allowing you to focus on the experience rather than the logistics.
Around 2–3 weeks before your wedding, I'll take over the final coordination, confirm arrangements, and create a simple running order so everyone involved knows what is happening and when. I'll liaise with your suppliers, confirm timings, and make sure all the details you've planned are ready to be brought to life.
On the day, I'll take care of the ceremony set-up and coordination, including chairs or benches, décor, styling details, bouquets, supplier arrivals, celebrant coordination, music cues, guest seating, and all the little behind-the-scenes jobs that make everything feel effortless.
If needed, I can provide and set up florals, style your ceremony and dining space, arrange place settings, candles, and finishing touches, and ensure everything looks exactly as envisioned.
For couples planning an intimate elopement, I can also act as a witness if required, giving you one less thing to organise.

Full Day Coordination
You enjoy every moment of your wedding day, I’ll take care of everything happening behind the scenes.
Before your wedding day, I’ll take over the final details and admin, becoming your main point of contact in the weeks leading up to your celebration. Around six weeks before the wedding, I’ll contact your suppliers, confirm final details, gather important information, and create a detailed running order to ensure everyone is clear on timings, responsibilities, and what happens throughout the day.
From the morning preparations through to your first dance, I’ll be there to ensure the day runs smoothly, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy every moment.
I’ll arrive in the morning to welcome suppliers, coordinate arrivals, answer questions, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be. I’ll manage the timeline throughout the day, support the ceremony processional, coordinate the drinks reception, oversee key transitions, and ensure your guests are seated and ready for dinner.
Behind the scenes, I’ll handle the unexpected, last-minute changes, and all those little “can you just…” requests that naturally come with a wedding day.
Once the formalities are complete, the cake has been cut, and you’ve enjoyed your first dance, I’ll make my exit knowing everything is running smoothly and you’re free to celebrate the rest of the evening.
